Comfort Line Intercom System

The Comfort-Line intercom system is a modular system that replaces old existing intercom systems. This installation is connected to the existing cabling, which makes chasing and breaking out walls unnecessary!

The Intercom system has an attractive design and a luxurious look.

The whole is put together in modules to the customer's wishes:

• HD Camera module (including night vision) and microphone & speaker;
• Door push buttons, max 4 buttons per module.

Option:

• Access reader for opening the central door electronically by means of a plastic card, key fob, but also your Smartphone. (If an NFC function is built into the phone)

This makes the system meet the demands of today in full.

In the apartments a choice can be made between only an audio station or a video screen after all.

With the Video screen there is the option to forward communication to your phone through the Jadrimex Smart App. That way you can always be reached! This App enables you to control many more applications. And all of that in one App.

The ‘Comfort Line’ intercom system consists of the following 2 parts:

1 Central Entrance:

A ‘Comfort Line Door Station’ is installed at the central entrance. The door station is built up from as many modules as you need. The basic frame can hold up to 4 modules. If more modules are needed, another identical frame is added.

The basis always has:

• HD Camera (including night vision) and microphone & speaker;
• Door opener connection
• Door push button module (up to 4 buttons each)

Options:

• Access reader for opening the central door electronically by means of a plastic card, key fob, but also your Smartphone. (If an NFC function is built into the phone)
• Camera: an extra camera can be connected to observe the area around the central door. This image is sent along to the apartment in question if it is fitted with the Comfort Line Video screen.

To make the connection with the stations in the apartments, a power supply and communication module are fitted. These power supplies and communication modules are usually tucked away at the back of the door station. At least 1 220v power connection has to be present there.

2 Communication stations in the apartments:

There are 2 options to choose from:

Audio Station, for speaking and listening. The central door can be opened as well.

And/or (both options can be used in combination with the door station):

Video station, for listening and speaking, but also for seeing. The central door can be opened here as well.

With a video station, the safety of opening the central door is better assured. After all, you can see who is at the door.

In the apartments the audio installation is replaced by a multifunctional video screen. This screen gives you the opportunity to look, to communicate both ways and to open the door. The ‘forward to smartphone’ option is built in as well. That way the residents can forward the same functionality to their mobile phone.

If it concerns a ‘rental’ apartment, 0.25 points can be added to the points system set by the Dutch rent tribunal.

Features of the video station:

7 inch ‘glossy’ screen with functions (buttons):

• Speaking/listening
• Opening the central door
• Playback option
• Wifi option is included, and with it the possibility of forwarding to a mobile phone through the Jadrimex Smart App. (If a wifi signal is available in the home.)

Important:

The Video station comes with the link to the JADRIMEX Smart App. That way the residents can forward the same functionality of the Video screen to their mobile phone.

The Jadrimex App can also be used to switch all kinds of smart applications in the apartment, such as switching the central heating on/off, lighting on/off/dimmed, blinds up/down, camera surveillance, baby monitor camera etc. and door access for storage and bicycle lock-ups. These modules are available from JADRIMEX as well.

General:
