How our installation worksThe Basic-Line intercom system is a straightforward replacement for old, existing intercom systems. This installation is connected to the existing cabling, which makes chasing and breaking out walls unnecessary!
The base station has a robust design and can be built up from 1 to 8 doorbells (for apartments). It offers both audio and video connections, so the whole thing meets the demands of today.
In the apartments you can choose between an audio station and a video screen. An important advantage is that communication through an app on your phone can be combined with it!
A ‘Basic-Line’ installation consists of the following two parts:
1 Central Entrance:
A ‘door station’ is installed at the central entrance. The door station looks neat, is vandal-proof and waterproof (IP54) and has the following functions:
- HD Camera (including night vision) and microphone & speaker;
- Door release connection
- Door push buttons, 1 up to and including 2×4 call buttons;
To make the connection with the stations in the apartments, a power supply and communication module are fitted. These power supplies and communication modules are usually tucked away at the back of the door station. At least 1 220v power connection has to be present there.
2 Communication stations in the apartments:
There are 2 options to choose from:
1- Audio Station for listening and speaking. The central door can also be released.
And/or (both options can be used in combination with the door station.)
2- Video station for listening and speaking, but also for seeing. The central door can be released here as well.
With a video station, the safety of opening the central door is better assured. After all, you can see who is at the door.
If it concerns a ‘rental’ apartment, 0.25 points can be added to the points system set by the Dutch rent tribunal.
Important:
The Video station comes with the option to forward communication to a smartphone through the JADRIMEX app.
The Jadrimex App can also be used to switch all kinds of smart applications in the apartment, such as switching the central heating on/off, lighting on/off/dimmed, blinds up/down, camera surveillance, baby monitor camera etc. and door access for storage and bicycle lock-ups. These modules are available from JADRIMEX as well.
