How our installation works

The PL285 is a compact 5 MP dome camera for indoors and outdoors. The Sony sensor delivers a sharp, detailed image by day and in low light; when it gets dark, the camera switches automatically to infrared night vision with a range of about 30 metres. The fixed 3.6 mm lens covers about 90 degrees, giving a wide and clear overview.

Live view, notifications and recordings run through the Jadrimex Smart App. The camera detects movement and distinguishes people, so you get a notification when someone comes into view. The built-in microphone records the surrounding sound. Footage is stored locally (optional internal storage) or in the cloud, and played back in the app. Access can be shared with others, such as a building manager or housemate.

Connect wirelessly over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or by cable through an RJ45 network port. The housing is aluminium with impact-resistant glass and is IP66 protected against dust and water. Power consumption stays below 3 watts.
