Returns and warranty

Returning something or making a warranty claim? Here is how to register it.

Register a return

Register your return with the details below. The more complete the registration, the sooner we can get to work on it.

An approximate date is fine.

What is wrong, and what have you already tried?

You can send a copy of the invoice once we reply.

We only use your details to handle your request. Read more in our privacy policy.

Return and warranty terms

No fine print: this is how a return or warranty case works with us.

How it works

Always register your return first, using the form above, by e-mail or by phone. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail with shipping instructions. Don't send anything before you have it: we cannot match an unannounced shipment to your case.

Buying as a consumer?

For distance purchases you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the product, and 14 more days to send it back. You will be refunded within 14 days of your withdrawal. During that period, use the product as you would be allowed to try it in a shop; a loss of value caused by more use than that may be deducted. If you bought through bol.com, returns go through bol.com.

Warranty

Every product carries the statutory warranty: it must do what you may reasonably expect of it, for as long as fits the product. A manufacturer's warranty may come on top of that and never limits your statutory rights. Keep your proof of purchase at hand when registering a warranty case. If we installed the product, also see Installation & service.

Business customers

For business orders, the terms in your quotation or agreement apply. Returns are handled in consultation: register the case and we will find the quickest solution together: repair, replacement or a credit note.
